FOUNDER
Jonathan Chia is an Army combat veteran and one of the visionary founders of The Reality Center, a transformative wellness hub in Santa Monica, California. Drawing on his military experience, Jonathan helped create a center that integrates cutting-edge technologies and holistic therapies to address mental and physical well-being. His work and The Reality Center have garnered widespread recognition, with features in LA Weekly, The LA Times, Esquire, and Forbes. Over the past three years, The Reality Center has treated 750 veterans completely free, underscoring its unwavering commitment to those who have served. Building on this success, Jonathan has pledged to provide life-changing therapies to 800 more veterans in the next two years, furthering his mission to redefine resilience, healing, and community impact.

An accomplished director and producer, Jonathan has collaborated with some of the most influential people and innovative brands in the world, earning a reputation for his creative vision and strategic leadership. He also serves on the executive board of three veteran-focused non-profits, reinforcing his dedication to advocacy and meaningful change. As a philanthropist, devoted husband, and father, he balances his professional pursuits with a deep commitment to family and community. Jonathan's leadership at The Reality Center exemplifies his values of integrity, compassion, and purpose, inspiring others to embrace health, balance, and growth in their own lives.

A seasoned leader and advocate, Aaron brings a wealth of experience to his role as Co-Founder of Veteran Care Group. He served his country as a Combat Engineer Airborne Team Leader Sergeant in the U.S. Army, deploying to Mosul, Iraq in 2003 with the prestigious 37th Engineer Battalion Combat Airborne during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Aaron's experiences during his deployment shaped his passion for helping veterans. He understands firsthand the challenges of combat-related PTSD and is dedicated to advocating for access to alternative therapies for veterans with service-connected disabilities.
Driven by a desire to see his fellow veterans heal and thrive, Aaron leverages his experience and empathy to connect veterans with the resources they need to move past their traumas and live fulfilling lives.
